Shipping

Standard 'shipping'and packaging is £2.99 worldwide. For orders of £50 and more the postage/shipping is free.

We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days but if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will advise you and get them for you as soon as possible, with the option to either request a substitute or partial refund. There is no extra delivery charge for this.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Secure Ordering and Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are not held by The-Pet-Centre.com or its subsidiaries and we cannot access them after an order has been placed. Online credit card transactions are processed by Nochex.com, an established credit card payment processor, on their secure servers and statements may show their name and the name of our group - CMC-Supplies.com.

We also accept cheques and money/postal orders. If sending a money order in non-sterling please allow a little extra time for currency exchange.
